The Journal of Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis is a double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Al-Kindi Center for Research and Development. The Journal of Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal published by Al-Kindi Center for Research and Development. It provides a forum for bringing together a wide range of research in pragmatics, discourse analysis and critical discourse analysis. All research articles published in this journal undergo a rigorous peer-review process, based on initial editor screening and anonymised refereeing by at least two anonymous referees. The journal provides free and open access to all of its content on our website.The Journal of Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis on a continuous basis. Articles are published in the current issue as soon as they are peer-reviewed, accepted, copyedited, and proofread, allowing a steady stream of informative quality articles. The journal then archives the articles in 2 issues: January-June; July-December. In the continuous publication, articles may be submitted at any time. They still undergo the same process of peer review and preparation, but this can begin right away and ends as soon as the article is ready.
