Journal of Policy and Leadership (JPL)

The Journal of Policy and Leadership (JPL) is an international biannual peer reviewed academic journal published by the School of Public Administration and Management of Mzumbe University. The journal was established in 2010 aiming at contributing to the body of existing knowledge by providing a reliable platform for sharing theoretical and empirical research output. The journal accepts and publishes quality theoretical and empirical research output. The journal publishes its issues in January and June every year. However, papers are uploaded on a rolling basis i.e., whenever the peer review is completed and authors successfully improve their manuscripts as per the reviewers’ comments and the journal standards have been met an article is uploaded. The journal welcomes papers from academicians, consultants, practitioners, and other stakeholders who wish to disseminate their research outputs. The journal is committed to quality and research ethics to ensure reliable research outputs are shared to the scholarly world. The journal is listed on African Journals Online (AJOL) and the editorial team is working on indexing it to other reputable scholarly databases. JPL is a member of cross reference therefore each paper published is assigned a unique digital object identifier (DOI).
