The Journal of Policy Analysis and Management (JPAM) is a long-standing, quarterly, peer-reviewed academic journal established in 1981. It serves as the flagship publication of the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) and is published on its behalf by Wiley-Blackwell (John Wiley & Sons). JPAM provides a global forum for rigorous, policy-relevant research that bridges scholarly inquiry and real-world policy challenges. Its articles span a broad spectrum of public policy and public management topics, including policy design, program evaluation, econometric analysis, social and economic policy outcomes, public administration practices, and interdisciplinary approaches that integrate insights from economics, sociology, political science, and management.
