The Journal of Law and Sustainable Development, indexed journal in SCOPUS and Q2 Scimago, serves as a dynamic forum for understanding and advancing the scientific consensus in the law field. Also, the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development are considered by the journal. This open access journal is edited by FACMED - Faculty of Medical and Law Sciences (Brazil) in partnership with Open Access Publications LLC (United States of America). The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are specific research areas that are helping solve real-world problems. They are part of a plan to end poverty, protect the planet, and improve the lives and prospects of everyone by 2030. The 15-year plan has 17 goals with 169 targets aimed at stimulating action in areas of critical importance to humanity and the environment.
