Journal of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles (JICV), sponsored by Tsinghua University, published by Tsinghua University Press, and hosted on IEEE Xplore, publishes peer-reviewed, open access papers on all aspects of intelligent and connected vehicle (ICV) technology.
