Journal of Geriatric Drug Therapy (JGDT)

The Journal of Geriatric Drug Therapy was an international peer-reviewed medical journal focused on pharmacological treatment in older adults. It was launched in 1986 and published by Haworth Press in the United States. The journal primarily addressed drug therapy issues in geriatric populations, including medication safety, dosage adjustment in elderly patients, adverse drug reactions, polypharmacy, and age-related pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The journal served as a specialized platform for clinicians, pharmacists, and researchers working in geriatrics and pharmacology.
