The Journal of Geophysical Research: Earth Surface (JGR: Earth Surface) is a peer‑reviewed geoscience journal dedicated to advancing scientific understanding of the processes that shape the Earth’s outermost layer — the surface environment where solid Earth, fluid envelopes (water and air), and living systems interact.
