Journal of Environmental Geology (ISSN:2591-7641) is a multidisciplinary, peer reviewed publication that offers an open access platform for discussion to improve the environment as habitat for life on the earth and remediate all aspects of interactions between the human and the earth ecosystems. The journal includes studies on various aspects in this field including, water and soil contamination caused by waste disposal and management practices, industrial activities, transportation, geological processes that affect bio systems, recovery of material from the earth, remediation of man-made or geological hazards, mining and abstraction activities, management of land use, environmental data and information in data banks and information systems,broadcasting of knowledge on techniques, methods approaches that aims at improvement and remediation of the environment as habitat for life on earth. The Journal of Environmental Geology is founded on two key tenets and to provide a recent turn-around research articles freely for research, teaching and reference purposes. This permits anyone to copy, distribute, transmit and adapt the work provided the original work and source is appropriately cited. All published articles will be assigned DOI provided by Crossref. The journal aims to disseminate knowledge on techniques, methods, approaches and experiences in improving the ecosystem. To this effect, it invites the geo scientists to contribute their knowledge and experience on major disciplines like hydrogeology hydrochemistry geochemistry, geophysics, engineering geology, soil science.
