The Journal of Education Human Resources (JEHR) is an interdisciplinary journal leveraging the capacity of the collective academic and professional practitioner community to help solve some of the most pressing human and fiscal resource problems in education. The Journal of Education Human Resources (JEHR) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed journal that serves as a platform for research, analysis, case studies, and field-based commentary on human resource issues (e.g., professional development, leadership, evaluation, compensation, hiring) in the education sector. The journal is peer-reviewed by top scholars in the field, with a 40% publication acceptance rate, and an aim to leverage the capacity of peer-reviewed research to help address some of the most pressing human and fiscal resource problems in education. As a “user-inspired” interdisciplinary journal, JEHR publishes articles that are a blend of scholarly, empirical, and field-based reflection addressing contemporary human resource and finance issues in education, spanning across the P-20 continuum from a variety of perspectives. JEHR provides researchers, policymakers, practitioners, faculty, and consultants access to cutting-edge ideas and current knowledge, based on the evolving needs of the field. Given the interrelated nature of funding and human resource issues, the journal also has a special focus on topics related to education finance.
