Journal of Computer Science and Technology (JCST) is sponsored by the Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and China Computer Federation (CCF). Founded in 1986 by Prof. Xia Peisu, JCST is the first English language journal of computer field published in China, and is covered in many authoritative indexing and abstracting systems, such as SCIE, Web of Science, Research Alert, Engineering Information, Scopus, Computing Reviews, Mathematica Review, DBLP, and so on. JCST is rated as Class T1 in the High-Quality Scientific Journals Classification Catalogue in Computing Field of China, and is recommended as Class B in the List of International Academic Conferences and Periodicals Recommended by CCF. With a worldwide authorship and readership, JCST is an international forum for scientists and engineers to publish and share high quality and refereed papers. Its topics cover computer architecture and systems, artificial intelligence and pattern recognition, computer graphics and multimedia, data management and data mining, software systems, computer networks and distributed computing, theory and algorithms, and emerging areas. Papers of original research and innovatory applications from all parts of the world are welcome. Besides, JCST seeks clearly written survey and review articles from experts in the field to promote insightful understanding of the state-of-the-art and the technology trends. The papers for publication in JCST are selected through rigorous peer-reviews to ensure originality, timeliness, relevance, and readability.
