The Journal of Chinese Literature, co-edited by the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Peking University, was founded in December 2010 and published annually. While a joint publication between the Chinese Language and Literature Departments of the two universities, it serves as a public platform for academics both domestically and internationally. In addition to traditional Chinese ancient and modern literature and literary criticism, the Journal also publishes papers on comparative literature, cultural studies, intellectual history, academic history, educational history, cultural history, and art history. Anything related to "Chinese literature" is welcome. The Journal of Chinese Literature is co-edited by the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Peking University. Founded in 2010, the Journal primarily publishes research on ancient and modern Chinese literature, but also welcomes papers related to Chinese literature in areas such as history, culture, thought, scholarship, education, art, publishing, ecology, and digital humanities.
