The Journal of Behavioral informatics, Digital Humanities and Development Research is An ICT University USA - Foundations Endowed International Pan-African Journal Publication in Collaboration with the The Society for Multidisciplinary & Advanced Research Techniques (SMART) in Africa - Published Quarterly and Disseminated Open Access Free. It aims to provide a platform for discourses on the informatics of behaviors so as to obtain behavior intelligence and behavior insights. Articles focusing on applied behavior analysis and digital humanities from the psychological perspective, socio-cultural context, development issues, computational theories, systems, criminology, peace and conflict studies, economics of behaviour, social artificial intelligence, IoT, qualitative and quantitatively model, behavior management, within individuals, groups and organizations are welcomed. We also accept papers whose discourses are on the classic study of behavioral, including behavior modeling, applied behavior analysis, behavior analysis, organizational behavior. individual and group behavior formation, representation, computational modeling, analysis, learning, simulation, and understanding of behavior impact, utility, non-occurring behaviors, behavior intervention and management. The Journal promotes and accepts research articles, technical papers, short communications, work in progress and position papers. It also publishes extended versions of papers presented during the International Multidisciplinary (iSTEAMS) Conferences and other conferences disseminating cutting edge research content that fits within the scope of the Journal.
