The International Journal of Public Leadership (IJPL) is a multi-disciplinary journal that provides a forum for research on leadership in the public sphere. The journal welcomes papers from all nations and world regions, and publishes research on all aspects of public leadership within: Government on an international, national, state, regional, and local level Non-governmental organizations Public sector leadership Public/private sector collaborations Public health organizations Social care organizations Education Voluntary services Third sector and social enterprises The emergency services. Topic areas include, but are not limited to: Leadership strategy Distributed leadership (shared, collaborative, or integrative leadership) Diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership Ethics and leadership Institutional design Political leadership Servant leadership Comparative public leadership Civic leadership Transformational leadership Administrative/bureaucratic leadership Performance management Organizational culture and change Community engagement. IJPL publishes research from scholars working in a range of disciplines, including (but not limited to) public management, public policy, public affairs, public administration, and political science. Papers published in IJPL are double-blind peer-reviewed.
