The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research Review and Studies (IJMRRS) is an online, academic, quarterly peer-reviewed international Journal, established in September 2024. Each volume contains 4 issues, published every 3 months. The IJMRRS, as a scholarly journal, fosters discourse in the realm of policy sciences, law, engineering, technology, health sciences, humanities, and other relevant principles. The IJMRRS seeks to concoct the future perspective through the lens of innovation and empirical studies. By invigorating a burgeoning perspective, the IJMRRS expedites amendments in the functioning of the development sector. It gives credence to behavioural insights as an entity, thus providing a podium to fresh perspectives in the realms of social policy, welfare, technology, sciences, and other sectors. The International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research Review and Studies aims to create a discursive niche in academia by functioning as an accessible platform that deconstructs, analyses, and reconstructs multifarious subjects from a multitude of diverse perspectives. The parent organisation of the IJMRRS, The Lantern Tribe, from its experience in the welfare sector recognised that there existed a vacuum between academicians, researchers, and students on the one hand, and social welfare workers on the other. Often, academic findings fail to trickle to the masses and conversely, masses negate the practical validity of academia in social work. By the means of this journal, we aim to bridge this gap and develop a network of symbiotic association between the academic and the practical, to further ultimate the change for the greater good of humankind.
