Launched in 1990, the International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems (IJHSES) has published reviews and original articles on state-of-the-art results and the latest research trends in high-speed electronics and systems. Its main charter is to promote advanced interdisciplinary electronics, photonics, and systems science and technology. IJHSES, a quarterly journal, offers prompt publication of new experimental and theoretical papers on the following topics: Advanced Technology, Process, and Materials for High-Speed Electronics - Process and material developments for logic, memory and non-CMOS, process integration, and manufacturing: 2D TMDs, graphene, TFTs, Nanomaterials, Dielectrics, ferroelectrics, and multiferroics, Modeling and Computation in Applied Materials Science, 3D monolithic as well as conventional and novel memory cells including charge-based memories, ReRAM, MRAM, PCRAM, FeRAM, and organic memory.
