In addition, the scope of the journal extends to innovation in learning and in both open and distance learning to enhance social and economic development. This will include interventions that change social and/or economic relations. The journal is crucial for everyone involved in personnel, training and human resource development. It also publishes book reviews of potential interest to readers’ .The journal is published in both print and online versions. The online version of the journal is free access and downloads.
