The International Journal of Clinical Metabolism and Diabetes is a tri-annual, peer-reviewed medical journal published by SAGE Publications Ltd in association with the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI). It serves as a global platform for high-quality research in the areas of diabetes, clinical metabolism and associated endocrinopathies. The journal publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, narrative reviews, case reports, perspectives, real-world evidence and randomized clinical trials, emphasising clinically relevant evidence that can improve patient care, disease outcomes and therapeutic strategies. Research topics span diabetes mellitus and its complications, obesity, nutrition and lifestyle interventions, lipid and metabolic disorders, cardiometabolic diseases, renal and hepatic comorbidities, psychosocial aspects, technology and digital health innovations in diabetes management. The editorial policy follows a double-anonymized peer-review process to ensure scientific rigor and integrity.
