The Editors-in-Chief are Nelson Phillips (University of California Santa Barbara, USA) and Llewellyn D.W. Thomas (University of Sydney Business School, Australia). Associate Editors are Oliver Alexy, Janet Bercovitz, Lars Frederiksen, Lucy Gilson, Michael Lounsbury and Paul Tracey. The Social Media Editor is Stefano Magistretti. Aims & Scope Innovation: Organization & Management ( IOM) publishes outstanding research on innovation within and around organizations. The Journal addresses scholars in management, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational theory, and welcomes manuscripts grounded in diverse disciplinary, theoretical and methodological traditions. The Journal publishes both empirical and theoretical contributions that are highly relevant and methodologically robust. The Editors-in-Chief particularly encourage manuscripts that break new ground theoretically - even if they are methodologically risky - or use non-mainstream and innovative approaches. The implied meaning of innovation is broad, ranging from technological innovation to organizational innovation to business and social innovation, in the context of both business and not-for-profit organizations. IOM covers innovation processes, structures, outcomes, antecedents, discourses and behaviours in both large and small organizations, including entrepreneurial organization. The level of analysis ranges from individual innovative behaviour, innovation within teams and groups, and organization-level innovation, to innovation within and across organizational networks, ecosystems and fields.
