Journal Descriptions

The aim of Inclusion , AAIDD’s new ejournal, is to further research, policy, and practice related to promoting the full inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all aspects and phases of life. We invite the submission of manuscripts that will further these aims and that will have direct implications for building systems of supports that enhance inclusion and promote valued outcomes. We specifically welcome the submission of manuscripts that describe emerging research and practice directions and that have clear applications in society. Because of Inclusion ’s format as an ejournal, articles can be rapidly disseminated, thereby quickly impacting the field.
