Any area of Gender in Management taken from diverse disciplinary perspectives which makes a contribution to gender in management and/or leadership is welcome. Authors should be explicit in their positions in relation to each of the concepts through precise and clear explanations of in relation to gender, management and/or leadership to contextualise their research.
