Food and Agricultural Immunology is an international open-access, peer-reviewed journal publishing original articles and reviews related to the understanding of the relationship between nutrition, immune function, and overall health. The fields of Nutrition and Immunology are becoming intertwined with the impact of foods, dietary ingredients (and regional diets), and farming methods on human health becoming a key focus. Food and Agricultural Immunology ’s aim is to present impactful and interesting research at the interface between these areas and increase knowledge in nutritional science and immunology relevant to human health. Food and Agricultural Immunology welcomes manuscripts addressing the interactions of nutrition with endocrinology, immunology, physiology, and agriculture relevant to health, behavior, and wellbeing.
