Expert Opinion on Pharmacotherapy [ISSN 1465-6566]; [e-ISSN 1744-7666] is a MEDLINE-indexed, international subscription-based journal publishing rigorously peer-reviewed review articles and original papers on newly approved/near to launch compounds mainly of chemical/synthetic origin, providing expert opinion on the likely impact of these new agents on existing pharmacotherapy of specific diseases. Each article is structured to incorporate the author’s own expert opinion on the impact of the topic on research and clinical practice and the scope for future development. Expert Opinion on Pharmacotherapy addresses the needs of research and development, regulatory and marketing decision makers in the pharmaceutical industry and decision makers in healthcare provision. The Editors welcome: Reviews covering new drugs/drug classes for specific diseases, from development Phase III to those that have been available to pharmacopoeia for up to 5 years, and their potential impact on future treatment strategies. Drug Evaluations reviewing the clinical and pharmacological data on a particular drug. Original Research papers reporting the results of clinical investigations on agents that are in Phase III and IV clinical trials and pharmacologically based studies with a strong link to clinical practice.
