Econometric Reviews ( ER) explores the frontiers of econometric knowledge, featuring state-of-the-art single-anonymized refereed articles and comprehensive literature reviews. ER is a consistent leader and innovator, renowned for its retrospective and critical surveys and dialogues on current or emerging topics. Its content is designed to extend beyond econometrics and advanced empirical economics, reaching into statistics, other social sciences, and the life sciences. ER publishes three types of articles: Theory and Methods Empirical Applications Literature Reviews Theory and Methods Articles in the "Theory and Methods" section develop new econometric methods and theories, with a focus on identification or asymptotic theories. Despite their theoretical nature, the proposed methods should be ready for practical use. Articles accompanied by Stata or R code will be given higher priority. An empirical illustration should be included to demonstrate applicability. Article types available are: (A) Regular research article containing comprehensive research outcomes. (B) Brief report (15 pages or less) containing only the main theoretical result (Theorem 1 + main simulations + empirical illustration), with all other side results relegated to an online supplementary appendix. (C) Note (7 pages or less) containing only the main theoretical result (Theorem 1 + main simulations + empirical illustration), with all other side results relegated to an online supplementary appendix.
