The East African Journal of Sciences (EAJS) is an open‑access, peer‑reviewed scientific journal published biannually by Haramaya University in Ethiopia. It was established in 2007 with the mission of disseminating high‑quality scientific research and fostering collaboration among scientists, researchers, and practitioners both within East Africa and internationally. The journal’s multidisciplinary scope includes areas such as agricultural sciences, natural sciences, environmental science, social sciences, health and medical sciences, and veterinary science, reflecting the diverse research needs of the region.
