Internet Law offers a comprehensive overview of the civil, criminal, administrative, and tax aspects of all aspects of the new technology sector: e-commerce, electronic contracts, digital signatures, electronic trials, computer crimes, e-government, and internet banking. The journal offers two-pronged updates : it monitors national and international regulatory and case law developments in a concise form, and publishes the most relevant articles in full, with in-depth commentary. The Journal aims to analyze, with methodological rigor and comparative openness, the regulatory, ethical, and institutional implications of digital evolution, paying particular attention to issues such as the protection of fundamental rights in the digital environment (privacy, freedom of expression, digital identity); the regulation of online platforms and social media; data governance, artificial intelligence, and automated decision-making; e-commerce, new forms of contract, and online liability; cybersecurity, surveillance, and the protection of digital infrastructure; criminal law and the fight against cybercrime; the role of national, European, and international institutions in Internet governance; and the protection of intellectual property in the digital world. The topics covered by the Journal encompass most of the disciplines within the legal sciences: private law; commercial and maritime law; labor law; constitutional, administrative, and public law; law and religion; tax law, international law, comparative law; economic, financial, and agri-food market law; European Union law; civil procedural law; criminal law and criminal procedural law; philosophy of law.
