Diabetologie offers up-to-date training for all diabetology physicians in practice and clinic: specialists with completed additional training in diabetology as well as established practitioners, internists and general practitioners with a focus on diabetology. In terms of content, all areas of applied diabetology are covered in a practical way. The focus is on prevention, diagnostic procedures and complication management as well as secure therapy strategies. In each issue, a focus topic deepens a sub-area of diabetology. In reviews, recognized authors present the current state of development. The practice guidelines of the German Diabetes Society are also part of the curriculum. The "Journal Club" section summarises and comments on trend-setting international literature. The certified training contribution with the possibility of earning CME points is an integral part of every issue. The range of content is supplemented by the announcements of the companies.
