Dialogue is the official journal of the Canadian Philosophical Association, published with grant support from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Its purpose is to publish high quality peer-reviewed scholarly articles, book symposia, and critical notices in English and in French, in support of the Association’s mandate to promote philosophical scholarship and education. Itis open to contributions in all branches of academic philosophy provided that they engage with the philosophical literature and are referenced accordingly. Readers include professional teachers of philosophy, graduate students, and others with an interest in the field.
