Datenschutz und Datensicherheit (DUD)

The journal Datenschutz und Datensicherheit – DuD – was founded in 1977 as an interdisciplinary forum for legal and technical issues of data protection and data security in information processing and communication. Since then, DuD has developed into a specialist journal whose content focuses not only on legal, organisational and technical aspects of data protection and data security, but also on legal policy issues relating to the handling of data and information as well as questions of national and international regulation. It is thus aimed at experts in business, research and politics as well as practitioners and those responsible for data protection and data security in companies and public authorities: technicians and lawyers, IT practitioners and scientists, software developers and IT security officers, as well as company and official data protection officers.
