The mission of Curriculum Perspectives is to encourage diverse curriculum scholarship and the international exchange of ideas in the field of curriculum inquiry. Located in Australia, Curriculum Perspectives supports critical curriculum scholarship from the global south with one aim being to decolonise curriculum and speak back to the global metropole. Curriculum Perspectives encourages scholarship that investigates curricular experiences, practices, policies, and processes in a diversity of educational contexts and lifecycles, ranging from early childhood to tertiary education. The journal invites scholarship that considers, rethinks, and reframes contemporary curriculum experiences and discussion that promotes a more socially just, inclusive, and sustainable future. The journal aims to: Provide a forum for an international exchange of curriculum ideas and issues. Encourage and support curriculum research and scholarship that can lead to more equitable and socially just societies. Support education researchers, policy makers, teachers, parents, and students by publishing informed and relevant research. Promote innovative curriculum thinking that embraces multiple ways of knowing, doing, and being. Conceptualise critical and creative curricular practices that can make a difference in the lives of students and their communities.
