Journal Descriptions

Current Developmental Disorders Reports offers expert reviews from leading scientists and clinicians in the field of developmental disorders. Unique to this journal is its coverage of not just one but a host of major disorders spanning neuropsychiatric and neurodevelopmental areas of study. By providing clear, insightful, balanced contributions from international experts, the journal serves all professionals involved in the diagnosis and care of individuals with developmental disorders. International authorities are appointed to serve as Section Editors in key subject areas including autism, ADHD, Tourette's syndrome, cerebral palsy, developmental coordination disorder, developmental dyslexia and other language and reading disorders. Section Editors select topics for which leading experts contribute comprehensive review articles that emphasize new developments and recently published papers of major importance, highlighted in a Key References section. An international Editorial Board reviews the table of contents, suggests articles of special interest to their country/region, and ensures topics are current and include emerging research. Commentaries and systematic reviews are also occasionally provided.
