The scope of the journal includes fundamental investigations into cellular and molecular responses to cold stress, vitrification, and ice formation, as well as applied studies related to fertility preservation, stem cell banking, organ preservation, and conservation of genetic resources. Cryobiology also covers biophysical modeling, cryoprotective agent development, and innovative technologies for low temperature storage. By integrating biology, physics, and engineering, the journal serves as a critical platform for interdisciplinary research.
