Journal Descriptions

Contemporary Buddhism is an international, Thomson Reuters-indexed journal that publishes articles on the current and future state of Buddhism. The journal is interdisciplinary in its outlook and encourages submissions from the social sciences and humanities, ranging from anthropology, gender studies, political science, museum studies, philosophy, psychology, history, religious studies and other related fields.
