Community Health Equity Research & Policy (CHERP) is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary academic journal published by SAGE Publications that examines how research and policy can advance health equity and reduce persistent health disparities at community, systems, and structural levels. The journal was relaunched in 2022 with a renewed emphasis on community-partnered, culture-centered, and multi-sectoral research approaches that address social determinants of health inequities across populations.
