The Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal is an established international, peer-reviewed medical journal dedicated to advancing scientific understanding and clinical care of cleft palate and related craniofacial anomalies. First published in 1964 as The Cleft Palate Journal, it expanded its scope beyond cleft conditions and adopted its current title in 1991 to reflect a broader emphasis on craniofacial research. The journal is published by SAGE Publishing in association with the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA), and it serves as the official scholarly organ of the ACPA.
