Clay Research (CR)

Clay Research; published continuously since 1982 is the flagship journal of The Clay Minerals Society of India; a not-for-profit professional science body and is an affiliated member of the Association Internationale pour I’Etude des Argiles (AIPEA). Clay Research is dedicated to encourage research on clay/soil minerals. It publishes original experimental and descriptive research articles, explorative and theme-based research articles, reviews, discussion and position papers, and Foundation Lecture; editorial, and relevant items falling within its objectives. All submissions are peer reviewed. It also covers scientific correspondence, book reviews and short report. It welcomes authors irrespective of their nationality, race, gender and membership of the CMSI. It does not charge authors any fees for submission. Clay Research publishes articles of interest to the international community of agriculture, ceramics, civil and petroleum engineering, clay mineralogy, crystallography, geochemistry, geology, material sciences, nanotechnology, pedology, petrochemical, petrology, pharmaceutical, physical and colloid chemistry, physics, soil science, and host of other kindred academic and industrial disciplines with focus on clay minerals.
