Christian Higher Education is a peer-reviewed archival journal that features articles on developments being created and tested by those engaged in the study and practice of Christian higher education. This journal addresses issues in institutional mission, finance, enrollment management, innovative teaching methods, higher education administration, program assessment, faculty development, curriculum development, and student services. Each issue offers a balance of essays on current research as well as programs and methods at the cutting edge of progress. Christian Higher Education is an international, interdenominational, and interdisciplinary journal. The journal publishes four types of articles: Original Research extends the academic literature by presenting empirical studies of phenomena within Christian higher education and making recommendations for theory and practice. Analytical Essays provide thought leadership by advancing a conceptual thesis related to the foundations, purposes, or future of Christian higher education. Faith Integration Articles examine how Christian faith affects pedagogy and practice across the academic disciplines. Book Reviews critically interact with recent publications in the field and make applications to Christian higher education.
