Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry (CJAC)
Journal Descriptions
The Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry is a long-established peer-reviewed scientific journal covering all major areas of analytical chemistry, established to report original research findings and review recent developments in analytical methods and technologies. Founded in 1972, it is sponsored by the Chinese Chemical Society and the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences and is published monthly in Chinese with detailed English abstracts, keywords, and figure titles for most research articles. The journal’s sections typically include research papers, research notes, experimental techniques and instruments, reviews and progress summaries, and more. It aims to serve analytical chemists, researchers and practitioners in chemistry-related fields, providing a platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge analytical techniques, novel instrumentation applications, method validation and optimization, and analyses of complex samples from environmental, biological, industrial, pharmaceutical and food matrices. It is indexed broadly in major databases such as Science Citation Index-Expanded (SCI-E), Scopus, Chemical Abstracts (CA) and others, and maintains a respected place among Chinese chemical science journals. Its open-access English component on Elsevier’s ScienceDirect broadens international visibility while retaining its core role in China’s analytical research community.
