Cell and Tissue Biology (CTB)

Cell and Tissue Biology is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes original experimental and theoretical research articles and review papers encompassing a wide range of topics in cell research, including morphology, biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, molecular biology, and immunology. The primary objective of the journal is to provide a platform for studies on cells (animal and plant cells, both in vivo and in cell culture). The journal reports on the structure and functions of live cells as a whole. The journal also publishes articles on the biology of free-living and parasitic protists, which, unlike Metazoa, represent eukaryotic organisms at the cellular level of organization. Cell and Tissue Biology is not a translation journal. It publishes manuscripts originally submitted in English and translated works. The sources of content are indicated at the article level. The peer review policy of the journal is independent of the manuscript source, ensuring a fair and unbiased evaluation process for all submissions. As part of its aim to become an international publication, the journal welcomes submissions in English from all countries.
