Business Perspectives & Research (often abbreviated BPR) is a peer‑reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing research and theory in the broad field of business and management. Published by SAGE Publications in collaboration with the K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (Mumbai, India), the journal provides a platform for high‑quality original empirical investigations, conceptual analyses, and applied studies that deepen understanding of organizational behavior, strategic decision‑making, marketing dynamics, human resources, finance, and other core areas of management practice and scholarship.
