The journal Aula y Ciencia , founded in 2007, is part of the Basic Studies Program at Ricardo Palma University. It uses a blind peer review system with external evaluators. It is aimed at the academic and scientific community, professionals from different research areas, and students of social sciences and humanities. Thanks to its multidisciplinary nature, it addresses social phenomena from the perspective of sociology, anthropology, political science, history, psychopedagogy, cultural studies, art, and the humanities. The journal is published semiannually. The journal is open access.
