The Research Journal of the Rectorate of the Ricardo Palma University disseminates research on the literary production of César Vallejo and on the study of Ibero-American literature and culture from various humanistic perspectives. It thus disseminates rigorous hermeneutic and interdisciplinary research in the field of Vallejo studies, that is, research on the work, thought, formation, and intellectual development of the universal Peruvian poet César Vallejo. In this way, it contributes to the contemporary production of knowledge concerning Vallejo's work, which also entails a contribution to humanistic knowledge in general. This cognitive reinforcement in research on the thought and work of César Vallejo, and in works on Ibero-American literature and culture, contributes to the understanding, analysis, and interpretation of the national and international social processes involved in literature.
