Arbete och Hälsa (AOH)

Arbete och Hälsa (Work and Health) has been published since 1967 and is the oldest journal in Scandinavia in the fields of work environment, occupational health and working life. Arbete och Hälsa publishes peer-reviewed scientific papers including, for example, original research, criteria documents, systematic reviews and assessments of causal relationships between hazardous agents at the workplace and disease or health. Arbete och Hälsa (Work and Health) has been published since 1967 and is the oldest journal in Scandinavia in the fields of work environment, occupational health and working life. Arbete och Hälsa publishes peer-reviewed scientific papers including, for example, original research, criteria documents, systematic reviews and assessments of causal relationships between hazardous agents at the workplace and disease or health. Arbete och Hälsa aims to reach various stakeholders who need quality-assured knowledge for their operations, such as the Swedish Work Environment Authority, occupational health services, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, employer and employee organizations, occupational and environmental medicine clinics, administrative courts, and other actors in working life. Arbete och Hälsa also aims to reach equivalent stakeholders in the Nordic countries and internationally. Arbete och Hälsa follows the ICMJE recommendations for best practice and ethical standards in the conduct and reporting of research (https://www.icmje.org/recommendations/). Arbete och Hälsa publishes peer-reviewed scientific papers about occupational exposure limits, systematic reviews within work environment, occupational health, and working life, expert assessments related to insurance medicine and causality in suspected work-related injuries, as well as original research.
