Annals of African Surgery is an international peer reviewed open access medical journal dedicated to the advancement of surgical science and clinical practice in Africa and globally. The journal is published by the Surgical Society of Kenya and provides a scholarly platform for surgeons, clinicians, and medical researchers to share scientific knowledge and research findings related to surgery. It was established in 2007 and has grown into an important academic publication focusing on surgical practice, research, and education across the African continent.
