The Ibero-American University Journal on Environment, Society and Sustainability ( AMBIENS ), eISSN 2346-9269, is a biannual and virtual scientific publication of the Alliance of Ibero-American University Networks for Sustainability and the Environment (ARIUSA), in charge of one of its operational networks that has the same name. Ambiens Journal was formally published in 2015 with the support of the National University of Quilmes (Argentina), the University of Medellín, the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences (Colombia), the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (Mexico), the University of Sao Paulo, and the Brusque University Center (Brazil). In 2017, the Nueve de Julio University of Brazil joined our Ambiens network. These universities signed a collaboration agreement to institutionalize the publication of the Journal, guaranteeing periodicity and quality of content. The AMBIENS Journal is a space for disseminating the results of work in environmental sciences, the relationship between society and the environment, and sustainability.
