AL- Mouhaqiq Al-Hilly Journal for legal and political science (AL-MAHJLPS)

It is a quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by the College of Law at the University of Babylon. It was founded in 2009. It holds the International Standard Number: ISSN 2075-7220 (Print) for the paper version and the International Standard Number: ISSN 2313-0377 (Electronic) for the electronic version. The approved language in the journal is Arabic, and the journal may accept the publication of research in English or French, provided that the language in which the research is written is a sound legal language. The journal publishes research and academic articles in the fields of legal and political sciencesIt aims to spread the legal and political culture and employ the law in the service of society through scientific research in the fields of law in its various branches and political science through selecting and publishing specialized qualitative research. It also aims to enrich the legal library with scientific sources through the research published therein.It also helps graduate students and researchers in all state institutions to contribute to the dissemination of their scientific activities. Since its establishment until 12/31/2023, the magazine published (48) issues that included legal research in various specializations of law. All research was subject to arbitration by qualified professors in the specialty of the research submitted for publication in the magazine.
