AJE Advances: Research in Epidemiology will publish content that spans the breadth of the field and provide an inclusive and trustworthy open access venue for the global community, with editorial decisions based on the validity of the research and its value to the scientific record. It will provide specific sections for emerging branches of research, such as social epidemiology, and be inclusive of earlier career researchers within the authorship, editorship, and reviewer pools. It will accept direct submissions, and transfers from the American Journal of Epidemiology and Epidemiologic Reviews, as well as de novo submissions.
