Agropedology (Agropedology)

The Agropedology is a scientific journal of The Indian Society of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning (ISSLUP) launched in the year 1991. The journal is published six monthly (two issues per volume, June & December). Original contributions covering research articles, review articles and short communications in the field of soil sciences, agronomy, engineering, agriculture economics, and physical geography will be considered for publication. The Indian Society of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning (ISSLUP) came into existence on 20th September, 1986 in Nagpur under Act XXI of 1860 (Registration No: Maharashtra 301/87, Nagpur), with 143 members. The ‘Agropedology’ journal was launched in year 1991. The journal has a large reach amongst the academicians, students, researchers, planners and administrators. It has more than 1000 Life members/Annual Members/Subscribers. During the last 27 years, the society has strived to provide a multidisciplinary platform for sharing research ideas, findings, thoughts and concepts. The journal continues to encourage publication of developments in soil sciences, agronomy, engineering, agriculture economics, and physical geography that lead to enhancement of our understanding in managing natural resources.
