The African Business Management Journal (ABMJ) is a fully open access scientific journal of the Department of Business Administration and Management, published by the University of Dodoma (Tanzania). ABMJ was launched in 2023 and serves as a crucial platform for debates on business-related matters within Africa and beyond, providing a valuable forum for academics, researchers, and business practitioners. Its establishment acts as an incentive for the dissemination of knowledge in business management to both local and international communities. ABMJ adheres to the highest scientific standards through a rigorous peer-review process and as an open access journal (NO article processing charge), authors and readers can access, download, cite, and share all articles immediately when they are available. ABMJ publishes journal articles in the form of full-length articles (research papers), book reviews, and review articles that offer critical and high-quality analyses of national, regional, and international business-related issues falling within the scope of the journal. Additionally, under the guidance of a guest editor, ABMJ may occasionally release special themed issues, concentrating on assembling multiple articles within a specified scope.The ABMJ aims to serve as a platform for on going debates on business related issues among academics, researchers, and business and management practitioners. The journal encourages authors to consider the scope of ABMJ when submitting their manuscripts. ABMJ welcomes high quality articles, with an emphasis on a multidisciplinary approach that spans across various disciplines.
