The Digital Journal: Physical Activity and Sport is a scientific journal specializing in training, physical activity, sports management, movement biomechanics, and exercise physiology. The journal uses a double-blind peer-reviewed system and is open access via Diamond. To facilitate access and appropriation, manuscripts are accepted in Spanish and English. The types of scientific documents published in the journal are: scientific, review, reflection, case reports, and technical notes. The free publication for the author and the reader is due to the financial support of the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences and the selfless collaboration of the external evaluators The Digital Journal: Physical Activity and Sport is a scientific journal specializing in training, physical activity, sports management, movement biomechanics, and exercise physiology. In order to facilitate access and the scientific appropriation of knowledge, the journal publishes primarily in Spanish and occasionally in English depending on the topic and the potential impact of the article. The types of articles published in the journal are: scientific, review, reflection, case reports, and technical notes. The journal publishes two issues per year. The institution in charge of publication is the Sports Sciences Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Applied and Environmental Sciences (UDCA).
