Journal Descriptions

Acta Paediatrica Taiwanica was a peer reviewed medical journal dedicated to the advancement of pediatric and neonatal medicine. Published by the Taiwan Pediatric Association, the journal served as an academic platform for pediatricians, clinicians, and researchers to share scientific findings related to child healthcare and infant medicine. The journal published original research papers, review articles, case reports, and clinical studies in a wide range of pediatric specialties including neonatology, pediatric infectious diseases, immunology, cardiology, endocrinology, nutrition, genetics, developmental medicine, and pediatric surgery. Its mission was to improve pediatric healthcare standards and encourage international scientific collaboration in pediatric research. The journal achieved international visibility through inclusion in major biomedical indexing services such as MEDLINE and Scopus archives. It contributed significantly to pediatric medical literature in Taiwan and Asia during its publication period.
